Haugesund sweater short sleeves

Haugesund sweater is a tribute to my hometown! The blue effect color represent the sea where we live, and you can see the seagulls representet if you look closely. We have seagulls in our city coat of arms.

The springedition is knitted from top down and you use the GSR technique for making a deeper neckline.

Length 57 (59) 61 (63) 64 (65) cm at the top of the ribbed edge in the middle of the front piece

Needles:  circular needle 5 mm and 6 mm, 40 and 80 cm

Gauge:   On needle 6 mm: 15 stitches = 10 cm

Sleeve: 10 (10.5) 11 (11) 11.5 (12) 12.5 (13) cm from under sleeve

Material                                      

Garnhimmelen super fine alpaca is quality yarn from Italy. They are specialists in alpacas and mulesing is of course free.

Running meter: 110 meters, 50 g

Content: 68% Superfine Alpaca, 10% Merino Wool, 22% Polyamide

Recommended washing: hand wash 30 degrees
